Hi! I'm Bunmi.

Registered social worker & psychotherapist

Welcome to your path of healing and self-discovery! I am a dedicated mental health clinician committed to guiding individuals and families on their transformative journeys. I specialize in working with youth and mature adults, in recognizing their unique challenges while supporting sustainable change. Embracing a compassion-focused approach, my goal is to help alleviate your burdens, soothe your hurts, and lessen your struggles through purposeful conversations.

We will co-create a judgment-free space and work together to quiet the mind, enabling you to actualize your hopes, dreams, and aspirations. With a foundation in a culturally responsive approach to mental health care, combined with trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can explore, grow, and become the version of yourself that you desire. Recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of life, I adopt a holistic approach that considers your emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and economic realities. I am attuned to individual needs, emphasizing the importance of working through all facets of life to achieve wholeness. Together, we will embark on a journey towards creating the future you desire! Taking this step towards therapy is a powerful act of self-care and resilience. I look forward to collaborating with you on your path to self-discovery, empowerment, and lasting change!
